I offer 1:1 personal training programmes from my private fitness studio in Bishop's Stortford. These programmes are designed to help you learn more about fitness and nutrition but also build good habits and make sustainable life-long changes. I try to make my sessions fun and challenging and provide support for guidance and accountability.
